Flash drives recovery and repair
|
Data recovery from any types of Flash drives! We repair Flash drives and carry out data recovery from any FLASh drives: USB Flash, Compact Flash, Secure Digital, Memory Stick, Mini, Multi Media Card, RS Multi Media Card, Smart Media, Trans Flash, xD-Picture Card.
Many computer Users consider that Flash drives are more safe and convenient storage devices than portable HDD. But only few of them know that sometimes it is more expensive and difficult to extract data from Flash drive than from HDD. It is caused by great number of FLASH drives models and modifications.
About Our methods:
We carry out Data recovery from all the FLASH drives on low-level activity. Storage chip is unsoldered from Flash drive and put for data reading out into special equipment NAND Flash Reader which reads information not through USB slot, but straight from storage chip's lead. This method allows to take down the information from Flash drive with any kind of damages: electrical, mechanical or software.
1) Logical failure or file system damage of Flash drives..
In the case given the computer defines the Flash drive and you can see its volume, but when You try to open the determined disk the message appears saying that formatting is required. But in any case do not launch disk formatting - it will cause data loss. In this case the flash drive is not damaged. After successful data extracting it can be formatted and used again, i.e. there is no need for disk repairing. Flash card is recovered with the help of special software which analyzes the damaged file structure and recovers data.
2) Mechanical failure of Flash drive..
The most widespread incident happens when the Flash card is connected to the computer (placed on the floor) through USB port when somebody occasionally hooks the FLASH card and breaks it. There are two possible alternatives:
a) When only USB connector is broken and Flash drive repair is carried out with the method of soldering the connector to its place.
) When the mechanical failure results in damage of via interconnect of Flash drive circuit board. In the case given data recovery is carried out through the following stages: first, the memory chip is unsoldered, then it is read with the help of Flash reader and then the obtained image is being decrypted in accordance with Flash controller algorithm.
3) Electrical damage of Flash drive..
Such damage occurs when the Flash card is connected to the computer through USB port with the mixed up power polarity. In the case given Flash drive data recovery is carried out through the following stages: first, the memory chip is unsoldered, then it is read with the help of Flash reader and then the obtained image is being decrypted in accordance with Flash controller algorithm.
4) Damage of Flash drive memory translator..
Translator is a unique for every Flash drive microprogram for juxtaposition of logical address with physical address. Its failure is usually caused by excess of cycle turn quantity in Flash memory which is limited. It happens when the Flash drive is very often used and the User creates and corrects many documents on Flash card or uses 1C: ENETERPRISE software on Flash drive. When such failure occurs Flash drive is defined by computer and appears as a new logical disk but with zero volume and when User tries to open it a message Insert disk appears. It shows that USB controller doesnt see memory chip and asks to insert it. In the case given data recovery is carried out through the following stages: first, the memory chip is unsoldered, then it is read with the help of Flash reader and then the obtained image is being decrypted in accordance with Flash controller algorithm.
